What to Expect When You Come to Counselling?

When you come to see me for counselling, we will use this time to explore difficulties you are experiencing which may include the stressful or emotional feelings.

T hrough counselling I am able to help you to see things more clearly, possibly from a different view-point. This can enable you to focus on feelings, experiences or behaviour, with a goal to facilitating positive change.

I will provide you with support, a safe place for expression of feelings, exploration of thoughts, and reflection. Through counselling we can clarify your choices and this can be:
