Appointments

During the first appointment you will be able to share you story with me and clarify what you hope to gain from counselling. I will listen you your story and we will start to map out a way forward so as to assist you to reach your goals. You can ask me any questions. At the end of the first session you can decide if you wish to continue counselling with me.

Your counselling journey may be open-ended or time-limited according to individual need. Sometimes a single session can be sufficiently helpful to clarify a situation beneficially. Typically 3-6 sessions are usual for counselling. In some cases it is open-ended and can continue longer, up to a year or more according to individual needs.

Payments can be paid in cash or by cheque. (We do not have eftpos or credit Card facilities)

Payment is to be made at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations received with at least 48 hours notice may not incur the full charge.
