Do you need someone to talk to?
We often want someone to listen without judging or taking over and telling us what to do. Often we cant talk to family or friends and we need time and space to explore our problems and find our own solutions, work out what we need to do, or where we need to go next.
Talking problems and anxieties through with a trained, qualified and experienced person can usually help to get clarification and resolution.
Referrals
I am based in Mildura and provide private counselling, workplace assistance and mentor/supervision. Private clients do not need a referral to make an appointment, however I do referrals through self-referrals, Doctors, complementary therapists, insurance companies, employee counselling schemes and other agencies.
Delivery
Our service is generally face-to- face sessions at our office at 18 Woodley drive, Mildura, However we do offer Skype, Telephone counselling and with corporate – we sometimes offer to go on site for specific incidents like debriefing if this is seen to be the best option.

I am an approved provider for NDIS participants who are self managed, or plan managed.
I am an approved provider for Carers Gateway where up to six sessions are covered individuals and families who are struggling with caring for a person/s of all ages with a disability, injury or illness.
I am a provider of loss and grief counselling gaining registration through The National Association for Loss and Grief (NALAG). NALAG recognised expertise and skills in the areas of loss and grief.
I work with several organisations and businesses in the district to provide Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). These programs allow employees to access counselling whereby the workplace pays for an agreed number of counselling sessions.
* Clients do not need a referral. Unfortunately our service is not covered under the Mental Health Program and fees are not covered under Medicare, however our fees are reasonable.
